Top 3 Smoothie Bowls
The Classic Bowl
Ingredients:
- Frozen Strawberries, Bananas, and CoConut Chunks (found at Trader Joes)
- Evolve Plant Powered Protein Shake (Toasted Coconut)
- 1 tbs Chia Seeds, 1 tbs Flax Seeds
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients into High Powered blender. DO NOT Use to much Liquid. The secret to a perfect smoothie bowl is a thick consistency.
- Remove and place into a bowl.
- Add Toppings of your choice. I always go with Coconut shavings, granola and some Chia Seeds!
The Figtatsic Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 Figs
- Frozen Strawberries, Bananas, and blueberries
- Evolve Plant Powered Protein Shake (Vanilla)
- 1 tbs Chia Seeds
